LEGO Robotics Club
If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The suggested donation for this event is $5 per participant but free for Robot Garden members. The donations will be used by the non-profit organization to acquire additional lego education resources.
This will be the last get-together of 2015 and we will be discussing plans for 2016.
The LEGO Robotics Club at Robot Garden is an opportunity for families to come play together on robotics projects built with the LEGO Mindstorms platform. This is not intended to be a drop-off formal classroom curriculum but rather a co-op of parents sharing resources to learn robotics concepts and skills with their kids ranging in ages from 5-14.
Based on member interest we will prepare for longer-term projects and club challenges as well as form teams for competitions such as Jr. FLL, FLL, and RoboGames. Think Lego Soccer, TubePush, Bowling, Linefollow, and battles.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. No more than 2 children per adult. Adults must participate.
IMAGES AND RECORDING: Robot Garden has cameras in place for safety and security. By entering the facility or participating in activities at Robot Garden, the participant agrees to have their image and or voice recorded by Robot Garden, it’s staff, volunteers or other participants and that those images may be posted online.
