This meetup is for people interested in robotics: building and programming them using ROS. Prerequisites: none. Many members have already built a ROS robot, the PRSG2 pictured above, but new members can do so as well, or learn to simulate our robot (or others).
(NOTE the time is 1 PM this time.)
Agenda: also bring items you’d like to discuss. Among other things, we are exploring entering our ‘bots into the 2018 Robogames both performing a group square-dance and as also the Table-Top competition.
• Robot dance: If you have tried out the quadrille.py ROS node, bring your bot and we can try to “do a little dance” together.
• Simulation: I will discuss simulating multiple robots in STDR, re-attempting my demo from last time. Apropos to dancing as well other tasks.
• Demos: Bring what you have to show-n-tell!
