March 26th, The California Academy of Sciences is is annual Nightlife with Robots event. It’s a fun time. Why not join a group of other makers from the Robot Garden?

Aquaponics and Automation

March 28th the Building Automation and Microcontrollers Interest group is meeting again along with our new Aquaponics Interest group for a special session focusing on Automating Robot Garden’s new aquaponic teaching Garden.

We’re raising funds for the Teaching Garden which will be a resource for Robot Garden members and non-members alike. We’re already planning interactive online science experiments with local schools. Please donate and get a jump start on your 2015 deductions 😉

Happy 11th Birthday Arduino!

March 28th, Robot Garden will be hosting a birthday party for the little microcontroller “Arduino.” Since the Arduino ecosystem lives on sharing ideas and experiences, we will provide some demos. But we also encourage anyone who would like to share something, to feel free to bring it along.

Maker Faire Bay Area 2015 is coming up May 16th and 17th. If you want to be inspired by the maker movement, this is the place to come. If you’re working on a project for Maker Faire, Robot Garden is here to help so swing by.
